If I were the principal, I honestly have no idea what changes I would make because I don't know what the role of a principal entails. I don't know what he does on a day-to-day basis or how much power he actually has. Every change the principal makes, I assume, needs to go through district office, so in fact, he is low on the totem-pole. Furthermore, he probably doesn't have a high salary, so I wouldn't want his job. Not to mention, he has to be around high school students all the time. Yuck.
