I like this cartoon. I think it is funny, probably because I hate school. I would tell the USA kid to continue to do what makes him happy because school is a joke. From an adult perspective, children are not entitled to education. We are lucky to have our education, and it should not be taken lightly, for the government spends many resources on public education. American kids should learn to appreciate what is given to them rather than expect things handed to them. To me, this is like wasting food on your plate. Parents say, "There are starving kids in Africa." Well, yeah. However, the food was never going to reach them anyway.
